Sarah Fryer

I have lived in Guilden Morden since 2003 and it has always been important to me to see the school thrive and be part of our community.  I am a qualified teacher, and having taught for a number of years I now head a successful Human Resources service working to support schools with their people and staffing.  Therefore I have a broad range of understanding of how schools are striving to achieve the best for their children, despite the current pressures and challenges. I have experience as a governor, including supporting Guilden Morden School to move to a 'good' Ofsted rating, and I am looking forward to assisting the school move from strength to strength.
